Students of both junior and senior secondary education (VOJ and VOS) level can contact the Maritime Authority Suriname for information on writing a thesis or paper. For both the subjects History and Geography related to shipping, students can be provided with a great deal of information. Pupils in elementary education, from the 5th grade and up, can also contact the Maritime Authority Suriname for a company visit.

During the company visit, the students receive a guided tour in our Maritime Museum. Furthermore, they are also informed about the work of the Maritime Authority Suriname.
